Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour in the interests of passenger safety and comfort. Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours takes no responsibility for loss of personal effects, or the inability to travel due to physical constraints.
The Client accepts any physical risks in touring of this nature. Applicable travel insurance is recommended. The Client at time of booking accepts that cancellation fees apply.
For cancellations within 14 days prior to commencement of tour a 20% fee of total cost applies. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour commencing will incur 100% of the total cost. Daily tours are subject to a minimum of 2 passengers and in the event of a single passenger, we reserve the right to transfer that passenger.
For the benefit of all passengers we would request that you rotate your seats throughout the day. Families with children 6 years and under will be required to take a sole use charter. Any refund made by Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours is limited to the total of the particular tour in question. Tours subject to change without prior notice.
